Mission Servants ProjectEQUIP preschoolers and pre-readers in your community to hear, learn, and grow in the knowledge of God by planning a story hour on a Saturday before the school year begins. Read out loud several stories from Arch Books or other Concordia Publishing House Bible story resources. Serve a light snack and perhaps plan a craft project that coordinates with the Bible story.

Mission Servants ProjectEQUIP the widows and widowers in your congregation with a visit on the anniversary of their spouse’s birthday. Bring a small treat to enjoy, reminisce about the loved one, especially concerning the faithfulness of the individual to Jesus. Pray together and ask for God’s continued comfort and strength until they are united with their loved one in heaven.

Mission Servants ProjectENJOY the glorious resurrection victory we have in Jesus with “victory ribbons.” Cut 1-inch by 8-inch lengths of smooth white ribbon. Use a permanent gold metallic marker to write “VICTORY” on each one. Hand out the ribbons as people arrive for Easter services to remind them we have victory over sin, death, and Satan because of Jesus’ death and resurrection for us.
