Redeeming Life New Moms and Babies Transition Home
Redeeming Life Outreach Ministries, Illinois β $100,000
About This Mission Grant
Redeeming Life Outreach Ministries is a pro-life ministry that cares for single pregnant women who are in crisis because of an unexpected pregnancy and who lack the support of a spouse or family. The ministry cares for women whether they choose to place their baby for adoption or to keep and parent their child.Β
The Redeeming Life Maternity Home in East Dundee, Illinois, opened in 2024 and has several women in residence. These women hear the life-giving Gospel message as they receive care that focuses on faith, family, and education.Β
Now there is a need for a transition home where women who graduate from the maternity home may receive ongoing support and critical services to ensure stability and future independence for themselves and their babies.
The grant will fund the property surveys, architectural designs, required permits, and the start of construction for the new transition home.
Β
Redeeming Life Outreach Ministries serves expectant mothers, welcoming them and their preborn babies, throughout their pregnancies. The Christ-centered love and care for these women and children continues after the child is born as these young families are welcomed and discipled through new parenthood.

Redeeming Life Outreach Ministries shares the mission of this life affirming ministry with LCMS churches and schools, many of whom respond to the opportunity to support this help of serving single mothers and their babies, by donating goods, volunteer hours, and like this Lutheran school - chapel offerings.

A lot of love and effort went into getting the new Illinois maternity home ready to open, with individuals and groups sponsoring rooms to provide furnishings, appliances, and dΓ©cor, curated by staff. The women of host church, Immanuel Lutheran stocked the eat in kitchen with new dishes, linens, and appliances.
